This year’s summit, Beyond the Dream, will provide housing advocates tools to combat present day inequities. More than 50 years after the passage of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, housing inequality persists. This year’s summit celebrates the progress made by housing advocates, in pursuit of Dr. King Jr’s. dream while looking forward to the work that still needs to be done.
We are back in-person and have added an enhanced online experience this year as well for two session-packed days!
Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia (HOME) hosts this summit to educate and discuss legislative, administrative, and social issues that affect equal access to housing. The summit is an opportunity for scholars, government officials, housing professionals, and advocates to connect and share their passion and information with one another. In-person tickets include a box lunch for both days of the summit.
