Exclusionary Zoning: Dismantling Discriminatory Housing Policies
Fair Share Housing Center and the National Fair Housing Alliance will co-host a webinar to examine the Mount Laurel Doctrine and its applicability to other municipalities throughout the nation in dismantling residential segregation and increasing the development of affordable housing. Fair Share Housing Center will share key highlights from their recent report: Dismantling Exclusionary Zoning: New Jersey’s Blueprint for Overcoming Segregation. Panelists will discuss how the Mount Laurel Doctrine can be used to affirmatively further fair housing in cities and how fair housing advocates can work to address the housing affordability crisis currently gripping the nation.
