NFHA Welcomes New Senior Counsel
The National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) is pleased to welcome Scott Chang as Senior Counsel on NFHA’s Enforcement Team. Prior to joining NFHA in September, Mr. Chang was Litigation Director at the Housing Rights Center, NFHA’s member organization in Los Angeles. He also previously served as Counsel at Relman Colfax LLC in Washington, D.C., and as an attorney at Brancart & Brancart, a law firm specializing in fair housing in California. Even before starting his new role at NFHA, Mr. Chang worked for years with the organization on projects and cases involving, among other issues, real estate sales discrimination. At NFHA, Mr. Chang will use his extensive expertise to help advance NFHA’s investigations and enforcement efforts to ensure that entities engaged in housing discrimination are held accountable.
