Rachel McMenamin

Rachel McMenamin serves as Grants Manager at the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA). As a member of NFHA’s Resource Development team, she manages NFHA’s institutional fundraising activities, with a heavy focus on grant writing and grant management. She leads grant and contract revenue generation with a focus on increasing institutional and public revenue to implement NFHA’s mission of eliminating all forms of housing discrimination and ensuring everyone has decent, stable, affordable housing in well-resourced, opportunity-rich communities free from bias. Ms. McMenamin manages NFHA’s portfolio of awarded grants and contracts throughout the entirety of the grant life cycle. She is also responsible for developing, stewarding, and maintaining donor and funder relationships.
