Andrea Lau

Housing and Community Development Program Analyst

Andrea Lau is the Housing and Community Development Program Analyst at the National Fair Housing Alliance, where she is responsible for collecting and tracking outcomes on grants and programs that support homeownership and housing stability, and projects that create healthy, vibrant, and inclusive communities. As a graduate student, she has also previously worked on NFHA’s public policy team where she advocated for the need to uphold fair housing policies such as Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing and Disparate Impact. Andrea’s background also includes policy research at the Bipartisan Policy Center and the Georgetown Center for Poverty and Inequality, in addition to overseeing grant management at Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC. She holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
