The study required by the Covenant Homeownership Act passed by the Washington legislature is underway, and part of the study requires that we document past and ongoing discrimination, including the role of government institutions in housing related discrimination. 

The study will include information from people who have had experiences, historic and current, with discriminatory practices in housing and lending in Washington.
