Comment Re: OSTP’s RFI on Public and Private Sector Uses of Biometric Technologies

NFHA applauds the OSTP for seeking input on this important topic and believes the responses in this comment letter will provide fair housing and lending context for public and private sector biometric technologies. Hopefully, NFHA’s feedback will help inform the OSTP’s policies to address consumer consent, privacy, racial targeting, racial profiling, and other implications of biometric technologies.
