2019 Fair Housing Trends Report

The Fair Housing Act is under attack from the very agency charged with enforcing it—the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). There is no plainer way to state it. The National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) and other civil rights partners have been vigilant in beating back these attacks, underscoring the unequivocal necessity of strong, viable civil rights organizations to protect critical and fundamental rights for everyone in the U.S.
