Salome Aringo

Salome Aringo Leads the financial and administrative affairs for the organization. Ms. Aringo oversees investment management, cash flow forecasting and management, internal control systems, planning and budget, and treasury, grant management as well as the administrative areas of human resources, pension plans, and insurance programs, facilities, information technology, purchasing, risk management and internal audit.

In her capacity as the senior vice president of finance and administration, she identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Ms. Aringo also manages volunteer relationships to ensure the overall fiscal and administrative health of the organization and serves as the staff liaison to the Finance committee and Audit committee of the Board of Directors offering financial expertise to inform NFHA’s overall strategic planning efforts.
