Melissa Lavoile

As a Tech Equity Analyst, Melissa conducts research on policies, regulations, and laws applicable to algorithmic systems and she works to bridge the communication gap between our engineering team and research team. She staffs our Tech Equity Advisory Council and coordinates internal and external stakeholder meetings. She co-organizes NFHA’s Group Acting for Tech Equity Systems (GATES) coalition. Melissa leads and manages projects that focus on the Transparency, Privacy, Accountability, and Climate Justice elements of Responsible AI ecosystem.
