Thursday, April 8th | Twitter Chat: COVID-19 and Fair Housing Issues

#FairHousingChat

Join the movement for Fair Housing this Thursday, April 8, at 2 p.m. ET!

The National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) is hosting a Fair Housing Month Twitter chat that will touch on disability rights, sexual harassment, anti-AAPI racism, and domestic violence as they relate to COVID-19 and fair housing. Experts will answer your fair housing questions, and address new or exacerbated concerns of the pandemic, and offer recommendations for how these problems might be addressed by public and private fair housing organizations, and on the federal level.

Key participants include:

  • Lynn Grosso, Director of Enforcement, Office of Fair Housing at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
  • Cashauna Hill, Director, Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center
  • Lisa Rice, President and CEO, NFHA
  • Yiyang Wu, Partner, Relman Colfax PLLC

Help spread the word about this event, and join the conversation by following NFHA’s Twitter account, @natfairhouse, and using the #FairHousingChat hashtag.
