Fair Housing Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Last year, 44% of complaints filed with fair housing centers and government agencies came from persons with disabilities. Join us for a discussion of the Fair Housing Act provisions related to disability, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the ADA as it relates to housing. This webinar will also discuss when a Reasonable Accommodation/Modification need arises, what a request should include and what the standards are for granting or denying such a request. We will also include an overview of the design & construction requirements for accessibility under the federal Fair Housing Amendments Act.

Registration for this webinar closes at 1 p.m. EDT on August 16.
